So when it comes to chicken, fish and shellfish and lean meats, you want to eat poultry outdoors and organic meat. Most meats are currently injected or fed prohormones destructive, such as anabolic steroids to increase their size. And these hormones that are making us fat. Stay away from the meat toxified.

Third, you need to stay away from all sodas and high sugar drinks. These products have large amounts of not only sugar but corn syrup rich in fructose, which exponentially increases your fat storage hormone, insulin, which makes it extremely easy for your body to store more more body fat.

Finally, you want to stay away from all bakery products. bakery products includes tons of flour, which again increases your insulin levels soaring. Bakery products are biscuits, sourdough bread, cakes and so on. The consumption of these foods will put you in pounds fast.
