SUMMA Marketing Sports MMA & BJJ! As we all know, or at least most of us know, our economy has been a state of disarray. Businesses are dying, banks go bankrupt, and the houses are seized. There is simply not enough work and / or money there to support a lifestyle that most have been used to in the 90s and early 2000. So, for companies to survive, the corners are cut, layoff of fact, reduced prices and creativity in marketing and offers of the company is at a record! The owners are forced to raise new ideas to improve the box business to stay alive. I, being a business owner and I am obliged to do the same thing! Thinking outside the box, putting in my due diligence to find and market my business in the most efficient way possible. This may mean doing things for free every now and then, trade in services, make the tedious job of marketing the leg, and providing services in a way that nobody else does.
I take the approach of guerrilla marketing. My initial goal is first to market saturation! Get my business there as much as possible. In the search for other companies like my company SUMMA Sports, I found that the forms of free advertising was more effective than the means of paid advertising. Explore these free methods were more effective than others, I traced my game plan and created a list or stages, if you want me to do to survive and grow. The steps I take to ensure my success and longevity is ...
- Saturate the market with my logo if there is an immediate recognition that creates and immediate connection to myself, Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Arizona, East Valley and Phoenix Fight Club!
- Post my own business in each directory free business I can find and book all martial arts sports / I can find.
- Take advantage of free advertising and free classifieds such as local newspapers online and Craigslist.
- Use social networking services like Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Ning, YouTube, and many forums set up there for your industry.
- Other groups of online resources such as a website, blog, newsletter, various directories search engine companies, Yahoo and Google.
- Offer free online services such as free counseling, free training, free passes, free video clips education, and more!
- Link negotiating with owners of other sites.
- Cross promotions with other local businesses.
So far as my departure. This does not mean it's the end of all the possibilities of my free advertising, I'd say a good start. Other ways I look at the market is the instructional video which is also a manufacturer of immediate income. I'm killing two birds with one stone. I offer DVD services such as ...
- A monthly DVD service
- Teaching DVD's that focus on specific areas.
- A monthly magazine DVD
- Personalized DVD in which the client requests a certain subject and it is then tailored to their specific needs.
Other revenue builders I am using ...
- Displaying banners on my affiliate site, blog, newsletter, and other online resources, I currently use.
- Offers advertising packages paid when a company logo is placed on the uniforms of my team, my gym, on my internet based resources, on my newsletter, and spots on the DVD that I produce .
- Sales of clothing and equipment.
- Sponsorship.
I am currently still trying to launch this plan, and it will change a bit during the process, but it will change for the better. Ideas will be added and resources can be changed, companies will increase.
