You can also try with the instructor to make some changes in order that it can match the adaptability of different people. Avoid classes that seem too fast.
Find the instructor apt: Try to find an instructor who has a belt of high-level martial arts and is a certified fitness instructor. Try to choose a place that starts with a level corresponding to your needs and progresses slowly.
Be at ease in classes that involve physical exercise, the first thing you should keep in mind are the clothes.
