Has anyone advice on how to properly take into Focus Pads Boxing? How should they be held? At an angle? And when throwing uppercuts and hooks how high or low in respect of the person? Any tips will be appriciated
Do not keep them in the same place. To the person who owns the move and make goals.
If your work on boxing, your walk to work is also important. Do not stand still and swing.
as with the previous answer said, + I was also told to place them at heights realtive person holds the pads. namely the jaw pad level Mans body level in function of the closed Puche.
I also think uppervuts communicate better if the pad is held close to 45 degrees (ish) rather than flat, but thats more a personal preference!
