Boxing Stand

anyone know a good way to build your own heavy bag boxing stand to be a beating and not break!? Im thinking of building a wood?

not sure of a boxing booth, but maybe u should try a hanging heavy bag. That's what I did when I started boxing. I have a duffel bag heavy army and filled with sand. Then he hung a large hook on the back deck. woolah, a big bag! hope this helps
