Boxing Training Center

Well, I'm creating a training center for boxing - basically I want a decent sized gym with "possibly" a ring ... [According to the size, of course].

my ideas for the layout is something like;
A series of bags, spaced sufficiently to make room for people hitting the sack
A [ring for sparring / practice]
cardio [few bikes / treadmills or something] like
A small [Free Trade Area of weights for a simple workout arm / wrist work, etc.]
Padding on all floors and walls.

Now I'm curious to hear some ideas or a way to write a business plan that makes sense. I need some information like that because it will be a training center, there will be no "classes, but maybe I want to integrate them for beginners ....

I will not make a training center and hope people come ...

know what people want and provide it.
