Boxing Training Regiment

Boxing Training RegimentWhat sport has more stringent training regiment, boxing or fitness?

One of my friends said that bodybuilders have the training regiment of the most difficult because they must radically change their diet and reduce their water consumption. And then they always go out and train intensely. I would think that boxers and training regiment toughest around because they use many types of training. So I'm looking to find someone who knows more than me on this subject.

No clear answer on this. Some athletes are naturally gifted and their sport is easy for them - whether packing on muscle or landing the perfect punch. Others have to work long and hard for every success. The aspects of training for both bodybuilding and boxing can be quite intense, but in this I must give a boxer. No longer rests between sets. The boxer needs to develop explosive strength and endurance simultaneously. On the other hand, when it comes to power down to a contest, win a bodybuilder must follow a diet much smaller than the boxer for weeks or months. Stay on the diet while maintaining the size and strength are both physically and mentally difficult. Finally, the two competitors face some danger life or death for the summit. Top bodybuilders reduce their lipid levels and the water so low for the competition that some died of complications related to dehydration. And of course the boxing rules are intended to keep the sport safe, but from time to time, some boxers continue to die in the ring.
