Female Groin Protection

Female Groin ProtectionSparring Pads: Head to toe protection

Personally, I'm not a fan of full contact sparring. Scoff if you want, but I have personal experience of non-contact, light contact and full contact styles, so I am entitled to vote. No contact is, in my opinion, just a bit silly. I mean, you study a martial art what it is not to hit someone? Contact Light is the best of both worlds because it allows participants to (usually) walk free but with bruises enough to know what had happened. For me, the main problem is the full contact sparring mat. I always feel embarrassed by them, and hinders my fighting style. However, my bias aside, sparring pads are absolutely indispensable in full contact martial arts. enough types of blocks exist for the athlete may, if desired, cover his body. Each is specially designed to allow maximum movement while protecting against injury.

From the top, are the head guards. They are made of foam and resemble the helmets worn by wrestlers. A goalkeeper's head covers most of the head, including the back, the high forehead and jaw. It has many holes and cracks that allow the user to avoid becoming overheated. Additional foam padding is placed around the ears for extra protection. A wide elastic band attached to one side of the guard at the other, under the chin.

Going down the body of the Guard chest, large power sparring, is as follows. These blocks are designed to cover the entire front of the body of the clavicle at the waist. The sides are also protected, a little under the armpit to the waist. inserts are usually made of foam inside a hull made of durable vinyl. Ironically, these blocks often contain what are essentially targets on the front and sides. In sparring, these goals are used by an adversary to target the most vulnerable areas on the body. Chest guards with these objectives are almost always reversible, with objectives blue on one side and red on the other. In competitions, one exhibition opponent red while other parts blue.

Arms are usually made of padded fabric, but they can also be foam. They may only cover the forearm, but some styles include a half-glove that protects the wrist and hand as well. In sparring, the forearm is one of the areas most frequently bruised, and these blocks can make a huge difference in the severity of injuries.

Shin guards can be made of padded fabric or foam either. Foam versions are attached to the fronts of the shins with elastic bands, while the padded fabric styles are slipped on the calf as a long sock. The style it may include a half-sleeve that protects the top of the foot.

Finally, the protector of the groin is the most important piece of padding, at least for some. It is a little known fact that the shells to protect women are actually used, it is not uncommon in some circles. These pads protect the bones of female pelvis, which can be very painful if struck. protective cups for men, of course, are similar to those used in most contact sports dominated by men and are designed to protect the male genitals.
