I went to my doctor a few years ago compaining crushing fatigue. I used to be a stress eater life long, five feet nine inches in size medium. I have always been stressed and started to show signs of hypertension. Obesity, heart disease and diabetes run on the side of my father's family.
For the first time in my life, I began to feel that I develop these problems. This was long before I took over the publication on the weight loss and career counseling.
I stood on a ladder one morning and saw that number jumped to 250 pounds. So my doctor and I started to work together. After a year I lost 50 pounds.
I then started to develop and dining. I made a good comitmemnt fight against fat .. How do I do? I took the fight plan fats.
Before starting the plan, it was my plan Overeater stress:
Between 6am and 11am, I Mufin high fat with a score of 325 calories pertussis. Then 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., I have a hamburger or pasta and desert. This packed 518-597 calories .. Then 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., I would have chips, candy and soda ..
Between 18 hours and 21 hours i would have meatloaf, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dessert, and several glasses of wine.
Just to maintain my weight of 250 pounds I would have to consume about 2500-2500 calories per day. My goal was obviously to delete my weight toxic.
So my doctor has created a new plan called Plan to Combat fats. That's what I eat:
For breakfast I eat cereal, skim milk, fruit. For a snack mid-morning I had fruit, yogurt and water. At lunch I had the turkey sandwich, salad and a tomato at home. a bag of carrots, fruit and water.
For snack I midafternoon low-fat cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, crackers or a bowl of soup and fruit. For dinner I had salad, meat, vegetables, fruits, and protein source like fish, veggie burger, chicken. Then occasionally I would have a glass of wine.
Can I take a snack after dinner with fruit or popcorn. For the year, I have done three miles a day and lifted weights twice a week with a personal trainer.
With this fight fat good plan that I lost a lot of weight and became a life fitness weight loss long fanatic and returned to university and studied at the university and diet.
