Filipino Gear

Basically, I'm half black and half Filipino. So am I allowed to apply for scholarships for black students and scholarships geared toward Asian students filipino /? I'm not sure if the organizations on me or if they think I'm just enjoying my race. Advice?

Just do not apply if they want pure blood.
