The play was written by the famous playwright Arthur Miller. Miller was born and raised in New York in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. His parents were deeply hurt by the Depression. Patrick Wilson plays his son, Chris Keller, and was in productions such as Oklahoma!, The Full Monty and barefoot in the park. It has also been on the big screen with films like Hard Candy and Little Children. The beautiful and famous Katie Holmes made her Broadway debut as the daughter's partner, Ann Deev. Holmes is well known for his television role in Dawson Creek, as well as films Barman Begins, Wonder Boys and Mad Money.
