How many shots should focus on the judo player? I know that hundreds of Judo requires learning throws, but in terms of how competition takes a real focus should judoka on? I know that for every shot you have in your bag of tricks usually there are countless variations on the same throw. So how many free throws to concentrate? 5 or 6, 10, 3, 25?
Also what types of throws do most players of Olympic caliber judo master?
You should focus on two or three casts before, both natural and wrongsided face (if you fight right, learn from the left side throws or vice versa), two or three shots back, and two meters or 3.
Keep in mind that these are the shots that you should be able to do in your sleep, you still need to be thrown proficent as many as possible because it helps the defense and you gives other options if your game "is wrong.
All legal throw, of course. If you choose to run it too much, you become predictable to a competitor chip is far from even trying the Olympic team. This is not science, it is competition against the (sometimes) the way people think.
How can you effectively? When you find the answer to my question, you'll find the answer to yours.
