Most good karate schools have bags, then you should too!
I would like to keep the punching bag will improve your typing.
You got it, you use it!
Hello
I hope you had a great birthday
Keep punchbag ... His usefulf again for Karate.
I do Karate Shotokan, Aikido, Iaido, and Katori Shinto.
I also used to be partners in a firm manufacturing punchbags.
We made bags for boxing and martial arts.
The bag will give you a great endurance workout ....
Boxers are trained to last, considering that Martial Arts are trained to do as much damage in the fastest time in and out of danger.
So do karate and use the bag to endurance training.
Good luck.
Hope Ive been of help
You should keep the punching bag, because it will help improve your swing and increase your stamina and get a good work out.
You should also make a makiwara (council strike), but preferably a makiwara Ude (round edge strikes) because it is less likely to break (Makiwara board can easily be broken after a time you develop your technique) and once it is broken it cannot be replaced and you have to make another and put it in a new place, because the old place is cemented in.
However, the exception to this rule is the king makiwara, because once you break the wooden board, you can simply replace it because it is a metal stand in contrast to the traditional makiwara.
Personally I use a heavy bag, speed bad makiwara Ude and Mook Jong for my outstanding training and they all there own purposes.

I would ask what you do not like to have your own bag? A good sleeping bag is one of the best ways for you to develop power and speed of your combinations and techniques. Maybe you should do a survey about different exercises and ways that you can use to accomplish this task. At the same time, I hope you understand that most things do not come easily and without much work. A proven and valuable piece of equipment to develop your skills in martial arts should not be discarded or abandoned so quickly just because it's no fun like a video game.
