Martial Arts Fiction

Martial Arts FictionCan anyone recommend good books of fiction Martial Arts?

I prefer books that include training / development of main character and I prefer books for adults (as in not a young adult / Junior fiction). So I do not care what style of MA, or what kind if I usually like science fiction and historical.

Thank you:)

Wow It is difficult to find. Not much has been written. Prolly because it's rather difficult to write fight scenes.

I might suggest these:

The Ninja by Eric Van Lustbader --- at amazon.com

The Wandering Taoist by Deng Ming Dao --- also Amazon

Tales from the Shaolin Monastery by Wang Honjun

Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story by Michael Jahn

Shiki: Time of Dragons by Robert Shea

Wandering Warrior by Da Chen

Kung Fu by Howard Lee - is actually four volumes of books originally developed by Warner Paperback. They are "out-of"-print, but you can usually find used copies on eBay.

There is another book titled "The Book and the Sword" by Louis Cha, who is better known as Jin Yong. You should be able to find on the internet, free to download!

If you know of others, I would like to know about them too!

I hope this helps!

Good luck with your project!

Please read and rate my book. I am always looking for information.
