All camps struggle in Missouri I could go? im a MMA fighter who is on his team of high school wrestling, I want to learn how to control the appearance during the summer. Anybody know any prgrams struggle I can use? Preferably, St. Louis County or the region of Franklin County.
You may have to look around a bit to find camps MO but I am sure you have opportunities to close if you look hard.
I found the School in Granby MO for you and a couple other sites I like:

http://www.intermatwrestle.com/camps.asp
http://www.icompete.org - to find my favorite tournaments. Grappling tournaments can be very useful learning experiences in addition to camps.
Here are some suggestions that worked for me. Talk to your coach at the school and see what he knows, visiting other schools that have won programs and know where their children go to camp. Visit with a university or college in your area that have teams and whether their training camps staff home you can watch the fight. Also visit martial arts schools that offer programs or schools that offer MMA grappling freestyle taken coaching. You never know what kind of talent you can find stellar hidden in your yard. Go check.
Find other wrestlers and learn with them, train with them and share with them the technique. Each day is a struggle to camp as long as you train with different competitors. Everyone is your teacher and everyone is your pupil.
The camps are one of the best resource for competitors to learn tons of different competitors and see, feel and learn new skills, sharpen core competencies and get bored to death with a bunch of other fools who love the sport as much as you. It always comes back to the exchange of experiences and transfer of knowledge from master to student. Find places and schools where the learning process can take place and you develop your own camp all day.
It's all good things. Enjoy the process of learning every day. You can simply continue the struggle your entire life.
Good luck! Do not forget to work on your cardio and explosive power and everyday. You need power and heart to save your technique and stellar.

I do not know the struggle of the camps, but I would say maybe try a judo school or school that teaches jiu-jitsu. There are some in the STL and the Bi-State region.
