Mixed Martial Arts Posters

Mixed Martial Arts PostersWhy blame the UFC for the stupid questions about martial arts?

I often see people rants about how the UFC (a better term would be the sport of mixed martial arts) makes people ask stupid questions about martial arts because of the UFC, no longer meets the traditional arts. My belief is that only practitioners who are intimidated by the sport of mixed martial arts are those that are zero to begin with, and I know they are worthless, but live in their imaginary world where a movie Shaw Brothers is what a fight like. My point was that for all the ignorant posters who claim that "UFC is the Fightin da best, we break dat sh * t", you have some tools on ranting about how UFC is not real art martial arts martial involving real mortal eyes pokes, molest testacle, and five finger death strikes. "Lots and lots of ignorance.

I agree with Shihan J (which I would not always agree exactly) and that issues like "Brock Lesnar vs. Helio Gracie, who would win? Are really retarded. Questions Endless Fantasy match-ups do not become a boring. I can understand why some people are so frustrated with the influx of identical questions that appear every time there is a UFC on ("Who will win between X and Y?" I thought that X m ' flew in the decision is with me? "," Who thinks [insert victorious] undercard fighter could beat the [insert appropriate division champion ]?").

I would also appreciate if someone from Y! A could push questions Undisputed UFC OFF for the video game forum where they belong.

On the other hand, arguing MMA has nothing to do with martial arts is patently ridiculous. In addition, there are "classic" martial artists here who can not help spitting holy crap fantastic that you about budo, martial arts as a lifestyle, it is not fighting and the like. These subjects are not unreasonable for the discussion, but there are some who like to run as if they were Moses carrying the tablets of the mountain.

On the other hand, there is ignorance on both sides "of the debate. There are a lot of "sucking all the answers TMA styles blows. Blanketing all practitioners of a style is pretty stupid, covering all practitioners of different styles is simply delayed. I thought karate was all crap, I discovered Kyokushin (and I know that now there are good fighters from other styles too). Until now, I'll admit I've never seen (for example) an example of Wing Chun, I was particularly impressed by, but this does not mean he's not there. I can base my opinion on what I know, but I can be aware of the possibility of error. Also, I got long ago on "Phase BJJ beats everything."

It is true that there are people here who have ideas on martial arts are all foreign to me, and I think mine probably them. This is not serious. But if people bring their ideas, they should be willing to discuss, as the discussion is reasonable and worthy. I guess I did not always live up to myself, in all fairness.

Unfortunately, there are some people holding diverse views who prefer to believe they already know everything there is to know. In short, a little less conceited and judgmental attitude all, would go a long way.

Anyone who says that the MMA is not a real sport is crazy! and for people who say that these fighters are not as good as the people in "the ancient art" what do you think the sport is it? Mixed Martial Arts! name says it all, all, everybody loves sports rolled in an octagon and advertising for the world to see! There are Olympic champions, world champions in BJJ, World Championships, Pancrase ... I mean the list goes on and on. For anyone with art
