Muay Thai Boxing Equipment

Muay Thai Boxing EquipmentDoes anyone know how to make cheap home or Muay Thai boxing equipment?

I am 19 and I'm trying to get in shape and I'm broke as hell (I have a job and I bust my *** but now its just enough for automobile insurance, gas and telephone bills), hence why I used the word down:). As I said, I'm broke right now and can not afford the equipment, if anyone knows how to do some home equipment works, by using cheap supplies please let me know, I'd be very happy?

I used a bag and filled it with clothes and added a little weight by sandbags! I then hung from a tree and used it as a punching bag. Roll a sleeping bag and tie it and hang it and use it as a punching bag to add weight if you want to hang or hold while you hit! You could use an empty bottle sealed plastic wrapper and hold it with one hand while the other is knocking. You can also elbow, knee, jab, hook, stick palm, wrist strike, bud head, shoulder, strike the forearm, finger jab, one hand a knife, and a few kicks with a plastic bottle. you could get a stick and rap with clothes and beat him too. Also, if long enough so that you could assign more kinds of kicks! Go away and put mattresses against the wall and punch. Moving into a corner and punch you could hook it around the house or a kick. Get gloves and punch a wall! Make sure to protect your joints very well or you break them! There is more to attribute ideas just be creative and think how you can use what you have!

punch a pillow? I do this because my mother will not buy a punching bag.

It is easy to training materials. What should you do?

I tied a long rope used ARD I found somewhere a tree in my neighborhood park and train there when it is dark and quiet.

lol be like old school Thai boxers and you plant a banana

Well, you can get in shape without equipment at all. Running, jogging, gymnastics, like sit ups, crunches, push ups and do not require any investment. A jump rope is cheap. Shadow boxing needs a mirror, which you probably already in the house. As for sand bags and gloves bag, if you are a beginner, see the children sport a sports emporium. You can get more, you can use a little to reduce prices. They are not likely to last very long in use by adults, but it is a way to start.
