Chuck Liddell Charles David Liddell was born on December 17, 1969 in Santa Barbara, California. Although Chuck Liddell has not always been the famous mixed martial arts it is today, the struggle has always been something that is in his blood. He began studying Koei Kan Karate at the age of twelve years and his passion grew from there. Today, he even has a tattoo on his scalp that reads Koei Kan. Liddell was a starter on the team in San Marcos high school football for four whole years, and even became a Division I wrestler at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a BA in business and accounting in 1995. When he began his mixed martial arts career, he has been training in Las Vegas, Nevada, but now he fights San Luis Obispo.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is a mixture of martial arts organization that is based in the United States of America. Today, it is noteworthy that the largest and most successful mixed martial arts promotion in the world. The UFC was originally promoted as a unique event tournament with the desire to find the best fighter in the world. There were very few rules, if any, and it was marketed as a type without taboo of the fight. The fighting in cages were very violent and brutal at the same time and eventually were forced into hiding after being abandoned by the providers of pay per view. The UFC has received a lot of political pressure, he finally developed to reform and stricter rules for fighting. The UFC has partnered with the State Athletic Commissions and has been marketed as a legitimate sport from that moment. Today, the UFC is much more socially accepted because it has abandoned its title does not have a prescription and is classified under the label of mixed martial arts.

Chuck Liddell made his debut in the Ultimate Fighting Championship in 1998. Liddell won his first match against Noe Hernandez and even memory loss shortly after he was able to establish itself and its reputation in the UFC. Throughout his early years, he was victorious over other fighters such as Kevin Randleman, Murilo Bustamante, Vitor Belfort and Renato Sobral. The fighting solidified his place in the UFC and he remains one of the best fighters in mixed martial art that has ever seen.
