New Asics Wrestling Shoes

I currently asics wrestling shoes, and you want to get those new adidas online? Should I get a size bigger or smaller?

When I wrestled in high school and college, I always wore shoes that were a size bigger.They're much more comfortable and easier to fly in, as a smaller size can be uncomfortable to wear for one game.

Always a larger size, it is best for you

1-4 4-7 7-12 small medium large xtra large 12-20
