Although Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach is free has cast doubt on the experience of 31-year-old Santiago, Cotto feels the change has been positive.
"The training camp that we had, that will make a difference," he said.

In his previous fight, he stopped Chorley Michael Jennings to claim the crown vacant WBO welterweight.
The 30-year-old Pacquiao, a former flyweight title holder in the world, is a candidate to become a world champion in five weight.
