Shadow Boxing Workout

I take a kickboxing classes to get a good workout and is fun, but I'm not completely sure what is the difference between the two classes. can someone help me?

Do not give your money to a company called Everlast. Ever. By doing this, you feed the monster named Everlast, whose sole business is selling cheap, half broken, products manufactured in China to 5x their value, while on the ship at the rates unreasonable, while being governed by oversaught or person with a moral or ethical values with regard to keeping the name to what it once was.

Bottom line: I do not even know the kickboxing classes, but certainly the choice.
