Thai Boxing Fights

Thai Boxing FightsHow can I kill the nerves in my shins for Thai boxing?

take a broom handle and roll it up and down thats ur shins really hard what I'm

This can not be healthy.

the numb?

cut legs

which is a very bad idea and you do not want to do. Is it useful?? really???

Use an American pit bull for massage

I saw that. Spend time every day repeatedly struck with a bottle. Not too hard of course.

Wood break on your shins ... advice and that sort of thing. Keep doing this as long as you can. You will eventually develop calluses on your legs and tighten skin.

you can not kill the nerves without cutting your skin and some of the flesh. what you do is repetitive strikes and blocks against the bone or other hard surfaces. may your bones become more dense and your body will accept the pain that has normal and no longer complain when you get strikes

you can not,
what happens is that after a certain time to do kickboxing / Thai boxing or any other kind of martial arts your nerves retract from the region that is affected the most and tighten your skin.
but there is no physical way that you can kill your own nerves yourself.

could well be the strangest question I saw today

I hate to say this, but if you kill all the nerves in the legs, then they (the legs) are not going to work anymore! NOT THAT SMART!

I know that boxers knumb it faces by using a cream wax before the fight to reduce the pain of the face. I thought you could do the same thing for fighting Thia ..

I also thought that a Thai soldier was how mediation because it gives them the strength to endure a fight. Or was I miss informed?

I say to a local doctor and ask what is legal to use to numb or dull pain in his legs .. and when you find the answer let us know, because I suffered from Shin splints .. This military training in the ..

Good luck and stop trying to find a killer ever since you can never take it back!

you can not or you would not be able to walk, but your shins will get "conditioned" over time and receiving kicks and strikes .. just keep training and your body will harden .. you can try to get a training block of wood. . Kung Fu etc.or like to get your friends to get started .. seriously if you can make it work

dude, you do not kill them. the conditions that you feel the pain disappears. if it keeps coming back. this is not permanent, but it takes a while though. Kicking the heavy bags, Muay Thai, or running commands smooth as glass bottles on your shins.

Well I'm going with this guy?
Listen to what he said?

Kick the tree! Palm Wiggle! LOL do what Jean-Claude Van Damme is in the movie kickboxer kick palm to break the leg and he heals back you will feel no pain.lol

plant a tree and banana t kick 1,000 times per day. Thats what the Thai fighters do in Thailand at least

I developed this technique. It will take atleast 6 months of training to get a serious effect. Find skiiny tree in your garden. To detach a large surface of the bark of the tree striek tree.Lightly with the tibia 12 repetitions on each leg. Build up slowly over time. Use & q.
