Youth Wrestling EquipmentPLEASE HELP! I need non-equipment training tips for girls!?

Hello! Well I am a girl of twelve years and I want to start working so that I can join the youth team to battle in the fall. I do not have the equipment. Does anyone have suggestions for training all major muscles (calves, chest, abs, back, etc.) that do not require equipment such as UPS push and pull ups? Thank you! Any suggestions needed!

-Slots, these would be so good for you to do.
-Running stairs
The bear crawls. running on the hands and feet
jump-squat. how to squat and jump as high as you can
Single-leg squats
heel lifts, standing on the edge of a staircase, or not

Do not pull punches apart.Just force out a bit.
I forgot what it does but it should work xD xD

Jump roping helps a lot to!
